Would you like to give us feedback about your taxi ride, booking a taxi, or the service you've received from Lähitaksi?
We can investigate questions regarding your taxi ride more quickly if you provide us with detailed information (available on your receipt):

• Date and time of the ride
• Pick-up address and preferably also the destination address
• Booking number, if still available
• Contact details of the Lähitaksi taxi operator (company name, Business ID, and vehicle number)
